IF ANY PLANT FAILS TO GROW AND WE ARE NOTIFIED WITHIN THE GROWING SEASON, WE WILL REPLACE THE PLANT FREE OF CHARGE, ONE TIME ONLY – CUSTOMER TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES ONLY. The guarantee applies to tropical plants only when we are allowed to ship at a date considered safe for planting.
